Always measure from the corner out to the
ends of the counter for the width. Measure the sink size to find out where the plumbing is located. Measure from the corner wall to
the center of the sink. Measure the depth of counter, from
back wall to front of counter. ( Standard depths are 25 1/2" deep)

Measure any appliance, like a cook top,
that may be in the island.(Depth x Width)

Counter top fabricators will always need
to know the sizes of sinks or appliances
and makes or models so the right cut outs
are made in the counter top, to accept
the sink or appliance.
